About Me
Hi there! My name is Graeme and I’m the award-winning Scottish travel blogger, writer and storyteller behind Scotland’s Stories. I never really know what job title to give myself, but my mission is to share Scotland with you through its incredible stories. My four-legged friend is Molly and she stays by my side throughout most of these Scottish adventures, providing plenty of enthusiasm.
I’ve always loved Scotland, for a history nerd and outdoor enthusiast, it’s the perfect place! Then I realised that what I really loved more than everything else, the thing that makes this country so special, are Scotland’s stories.
I didn’t set out to make this a career, it all started from a simple love of telling stories on Instagram. Soon thousands of people were following along, enjoying what I was writing and I decided to start this Scottish travel blog to begin branching out!
Since then I’ve had the pleasure of working with local tourist boards, fantastic small businesses and even Visit Scotland. In 2022, I was named Scottish Influencer of the Year and in 2024 Scotland’s Stories was named Scottish Travel Blog Of The Year! I have a best-selling book full of stories from around Scotland
